Estabilidad, Remesas Y Desarrollo Regional En México

Abstract

el presente trabajo trata respecto al impacto que tienen las políticas públicas de estabilización económica en México en cuanto a la intensidad regional del fenómeno migratorio y la recepción de divisas por remesas familiares, de donde se comparan dos periodos, uno previo de 1990 a 2000 y el respectivo a su implementación, de 2000 a 2008. De lo que se detectan 3 regiones de interés: el occidente de México, con la mayor intensidad como tradición del fenómeno de estudio, como la mayor vulnerabilidad a las políticas de estabilización; el centro – oriente y el sur, regiones que muestran recientemente un incremento en la intensidad del fenómeno y mayor vulnerabilidad. Lo implicado es el impacto diferenciado en el desarrollo regional del país.
