Marco legal y corrupción, su efecto sobre la intención emprendedora de profesores y estudiantes de un Centro Universitario al Sur del Estado de México

Abstract

De acuerdo con Arreola (2014), México es el segundo mejor país de Latinoamérica para emprender, ya que cuenta con políticas, regulaciones, condiciones de la demanda y capital social, acordes a los estipulados en el índice de condiciones sistémicas para el emprendimiento. Según esta herramienta, tanto la existencia de un marco legal, como la presencia de corrupción son factores que tienen gran influencia en la decisión de emprender, ya que puede constituir una limitante o ventaja para el desarrollo de la actividad empresarial. Por ello, el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo, determinar la incidencia de estos factores en la intención de emprendedora de profesores y estudiantes de un Centro Universitario al Sur del Estado de México. Para llevar a cabo el trabajo se recabará información de una muestra de 54 profesores y 900 estudiantes del Centro Universitario. Se realizará un análisis estadístico descriptivo con la técnica de tablas cruzadas que reflejarán la relación intención de emprender con los componentes de marco legal y corrupción. Además, se aplicará la herramienta de regresión logística binaria para determinar la influencia significativa de dichos factores con respecto a la variable principal intención de emprender. Se espera que dichos factores tengan influencia significativa en la intención de emprender.
