Los fundamentos teóricos de un sistema de gestión para el desarrollo del talento humano

Abstract

El trabajo responde a la necesidad de realizar la fundamentación teórica que sirva de base para la preparación de un sistema de gestión para el desarrollo del talento humano en condiciones de un país de bajo nivel de desarrollo, como es el caso de Guinea Ecuatorial, centrando la atención en el factor humano, motivo por el cual, el tema escogido es: Los fundamentos teóricos para preparar un Sistema de Gestión del Desarrollo del Talento Humano. La importancia del trabajo radica en la necesidad de formar adecuadamente al talento humano en Guinea Ecuatorial, país que presenta deformaciones estructurales heredadas del periodo colonial, en aras de lograr su transformación hacia un país emergente. La pregunta problémica es: ¿Cuáles son los fundamentos teóricos necesarios para desarrollar un Sistema de Gestión para el Desarrollo del Talento Humano (SGDTH) en Guinea Ecuatorial que propicie una mayor presencia de su fuerza laboral en el mercado nacional de empleo? Objetivo general: Fundamentar teóricamente el proceso de gestión para el desarrollo del talento humano y su incidencia en el incremento la presencia de la fuerza de trabajo nacional en el mercado laboral de Guinea Ecuatorial.
