El liderazgo y su influencia en micro y pequeñas empresas del sur Estado de México, 2021

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo identificar el liderazgo en micro y pequeñas empresas del sector comercio en los municipios del sur Estado de México 2021, la muestra fue de 339 al azar. La investigación es de carácter descriptivo-transversal y se realizó una regresión logística binaria en SPSS 23. Las variables demográficas de mayor significancia son nivel de estudios, antigüedad en la organización, referente a los bloques del instrumento son difundir los objetivos, trabajo en equipo, incentivos e influencia en seguidores. El líder no corre riesgos, existe incertidumbre en el mercado generado por la pandemia del COVID-19. Existe un área de oportunidad para innovar y cumplir los objetivos formando organizaciones sólidas que contribuyan a la economía local y generación de empleos.
