La gestión integral del liderazgo en los directivos de ETECSA

Abstract

La Empresa de telecomunicaciones de Cuba, S.A (ETECSA) resulta vital para el desarrollo económico del país, por lo que el estudio organizacional en ella, basado en su agente fundamental de cambio (directivos) implica la búsqueda de mejores resultados. Se ha comprobado la existencia de insuficiencias en la gestión del liderazgo que limitan el desempeño individual de los directivos en esta entidad. En este estudio se propone un procedimiento que diagnostica sus competencias, formula, diseña y aplica las acciones estratégicas, para mejorar el desempeño individual de los directivos en esta empresa, de manera que se gestione de forma integral su liderazgo. Se utilizan técnicas sicológicas y herramientas ingenieriles en su desarrollo, que le da consistencia lógica y parsimonia al procedimiento utilizado.
