As Habilidades e competências essenciais dos Administradores para empresas de tecnologia: um estudo de caso da Microsoft

Abstract

O mercado competitivo e dinâmico é necessário que os centros universitários estejam atentos as exigências das capacidades exigidas pelo mercado de trabalho. Assim, este trabalho teve como objetivo o entendimento de como uma das maiores gigantes da tecnologia mundial enxergam as imprescindibilidades das competências e habilidades para o profissional graduado em Administração. Desta forma, a pesquisa investigou 45 vagas de empregos ofertados no website da Empresa e apresentou os resultados com a finalidade de auxiliar os profissionais formadores de administradores a desenvolver as habilidades requisitadas na atualidade.
