Estrategias para la humanización sustentable y segura del espacio público

Abstract

La finalidad de este documento es coadyuvar al proyecto de investigación nombrado “Construcción de indicadores para medir el estatus de sostenibilidad en espacios públicos de ciudades en zonas metropolitanas†y plantea analizar la importancia de la humanización del espacio público en la ciudad globalizada, para ello se retoma el concepto de “andar†planteada por Careri (2002) con el fin de desarrollar estrategias que beneficien a la cohesión social en los barrios del caso de estudio: colonia Cultural/ camellón Av. las Torres, Toluca, Estado de México, con el propósito de replantear y diseñar espacios caminables que no solo correspondan a las actividades esenciales del ser humano en su vida diaria, sino también las optativas que permiten desarrollar un contacto social y por ende una interacción; lo anterior bajo los estatus de sostenibilidad.
