Abstract

Con base a la investigación y el análisis, enfocado en el sistema de control interno en las pequeñas y medianas empresas (PyMEs) de la zona metropolitana del Valle de Toluca, así como los procedimientos y actividades que, emprendedores y administradores deben mantener bajo control, para disminuir el riesgo en la entidad. A partir del análisis de la información obtenida mediante el instrumento realizado, se pueden tomar decisiones de carácter directivo para su corrección y prevención, teniendo como consecuencia una mejor gestión del negocio, enfocada a la administración estratégica, aumentando la esperanza de vida de la entidad económica.
