Las Competencias Organizacionales Para La Competitividad Y Eficiencia De Las Empresas

Abstract

El trabajo describe la experiencia acerca de la necesidad de realizar estudios organizacionales en una empresa de cultivos varios para la producción ganadera y otras misiones productivas. El seguimiento continuo en la gestión empresarial y el diagnóstico demostró que los estudios organizacionales favorecen la planificación, la gestión la dinámica de las relaciones empresariales y la integración que incluye la logística integrada. Otros resultados de trabajar en las competencias organizacionales se asocian con la elevación de la productividad del trabajo con la eficiencia general de la empresa que se expresa en varios indicadores. Es por ello que se puede hablar de un crecimiento ascendente mensual y al concluir el año. Otro resultado observable y constatable de los métodos de la ciencia es la expresión en la elevación del salario de los trabajadores y la satisfacción por el trabajo en la empresa. Todo ello crea las condiciones para continuar con un trabajo gradual y ascendente en la competitividad, eficiencia y otros renglones.
