Abstract

En el periodo de la pandemia y a consecuencia de éste, varias empresas se vieron en la necesidad de reinventarse o generar estrategias para poder continuar en el mercado, compitiendo con otras tantas empresas y tratando de seguir adelante y no desaparecer de manera definitiva. Sin embargo, este proceso ya tenía antecedentes recientes no tan sólo en México, sino en algunas otras naciones tales como Argentina, Colombia, por citar sólo dos de ellas. En ese sentido, se comenzó a buscar la manera de que las MiPyMes pudieran lograr la integración, aplicación y desarrollo de los conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes que permitieran el desempeño de las funciones, tareas y resultados logísticos ligados a las dimensiones y ámbitos de intervención de estos contextos organizacionales más acotados.
