Abstract

En esta investigación se exponen los factores resilientes en el contexto de la contingencia sanitaria derivada del virus SARS-CoV2 (COVID 19) que pueden ser decisivos para la reactivación de las actividades en la Micro y Pequeña empresa. El impacto que ha tenido el cese de actividades sociales a repercutido en todos los sectores, particularmente el sector empresarial, un número importante de las Micro y Pequeñas empresas han desaparecido y otras se han reinventado a través de diversos mecanismos. Este trabajo contribuye a identificar los factores resilientes, a partir de las medidas implementadas por las empresas a las situaciones críticas derivadas de la comprensión de los consumidores hacia nuevas formas de adquirir los productos básicos y de la cotidianidad. Se encontró que apenas un 30% están preparadas para atender a sus clientes a través del comercio electrónico y tienen presencia en internet y redes sociales y otro tanto carecen de conocimientos. Respecto al tema de logística más de la mitad encontraron formas para ampliar su cobertura geográfica, En el rubro de aspectos económicos y financieros básicos, el 69% tuvieron un gran impacto negativo. Menos de la mitad respondió ya estar preparado para reanudar operaciones al final de la pandemia. El sector empresarial tiene opciones y la resiliencia en los negocios es el único camino seguro.
