Análisis criminológico a los hechos delictivos patrimoniales en el municipio Holguín

Abstract

La prevención del delito es actualmente, uno de los objetos que ocupa la atención de especialistas en diferentes sistemas jurídicos a escala internacional y es por ello, que este tema, trasciende el marco de lo jurídico-penal para convertirse en un movimiento intersectorial, lo que conlleva a aproximarnos a una política realmente científica de enfrentamiento al hecho delictivo, para lo cual será imprescindible realizar un estudio de los determinantes criminógenos que los favorecen. (Guerra, 2011). Entre los grupos delictivos que más resaltan en las sociedades actuales, se encuentran los delitos contra los derechos patrimoniales, fundamentalmente, aquellas figuras delictivas que afectan el patrimonio de personas naturales, razón por la cual se convierte en urgente su prevención, máxime cuando nos adentramos en nuestro municipio de residencia.
