Cultura jurídica para los directivos: resultado de un estudio bibliométrico

Abstract

En la actualidad, la cultura jurídica constituye una herramienta ineludible en el actuar de los directivos y su efectiva contextualización en el ejercicio de su cargo, ante las nuevas transformaciones operadas en la sociedad cubana, lo torna más competitivo. Se realizó un estudio bibliométrico en la Base de Datos Dimensions, desde 1964 al 2019, donde se consultaron 246 artículos, derivados de 155 fuentes, (entre Revista, libros y documentos) y 288 autores. El motor de búsqueda utilizado fue TAK, título, resumen y palabras clave para evaluar las tendencias acerca de la producción científica por países, autores, años, índice de citación, entre otros indicadores y se obtuvo como resultado que el principal país en la producción científica es Brasil, seguido de España y Colombia, la producción científica anual muestra un realce en el período de 1996 hasta el 2018, las fuentes de mayor relevancia son la Revista da Facultade de Dereito UFPR, SSRN Electronic journal y Prisma Jurídico, las fuentes más citadas son SSRN Electronic journal, Surveillance Society y Choice; las fuentes de mayor impacto la Revista da Facultade de Dereito UFPR, SSRN Electronic journal y Revista Quaestio Luris; los autores más relevantes Hespanha AM, Perdomo RP y Resende ACZD, el autor que más se ha prolongado su producción científica en el tiempo es Bernal AB, aproximadamente desde el año 2009 al 2015. Los resultados se presentan a través de tablas y gráficos.
