La gestión del conocimiento de prácticas agroecológicas en fincas del Plan Turquino Holguinero

Abstract

Es indiscutible la importancia del conocimiento como factor de producción, desarrollo de tecnologías, metodologías y estrategias para su medición, creación y difusión. Este se convierte en un elemento indispensable para el desarrollo socioeconómico y sociocultural de los territorios. El estudio desde la gestión del conocimiento de las prácticas agroecológicas en fincas del Plan Turquino holguinero que contemple un enfoque multidisciplinar favorecerá alternativas para la innovación en el sector agrario. La estructuración de un modelo de gestión del conocimiento que considere el manejo de recursos naturales endógenos de manera sostenible auxiliará el papel de los actores locales en el aprovechamiento de potencialidades del territorio, en función de las prácticas agroecológicas y el desarrollo local.
