La regulación de las energías renovables en México

Abstract

El artículo analiza el marco jurídico mexicano de las energías renovables a partir de las exigencias de los organismos internacionales en materia comercial, política y social asumidas mediante la firma de diversos tratados. Atendiendo a la construcción discursiva sobre el cambio climático y el desarrollo sustentable contenido en el marco jurídico internacional. Se estudia la legislación nacional en materia ambiental, el cambio climático y el aprovechamiento de las fuentes renovables de energía. La justificación de la reforma energética de 2013 fue la modernización del sector energético e impulsar la cooperación y la seguridad energética. El Estado mexicano creó un marco normativo e institucional para el aprovechamiento de las energías renovables que consolida la apertura al capital extranjero, el mercado energético y la participación de los particulares en el sistema energético nacional.
