Abstract

La presente Ley 18/2013 de 12 de noviembre para la regulación de la Tauromaquia como patrimonio cultural supone el reconocimiento solemne mediante técnica legislativa de este fenómeno cultural como parte integrante de nuestro patrimonio cultural. Su tramitación parlamentaria aborda las diferentes sensibilidades sociales sobre esta controvertida cuestión para finalmente establecer las líneas maestras para su fomento y protección. Por último se zanja la cuestión competencial en esta materia entre Administración Central y Administraciones Autonómicas al ser patrimonio cultural común a toda la nación, reforzándose en este sentido la Comisión Nacional de Asuntos Taurinos como órgano de participación entre profesionales y Administración General del Estado.
