Alcances teórico –conceptuales y jurídicos en la protección legal de los patrimonios privados. El caso del Fogón de los Arrieros (Chaco, Argentina)

Abstract

En este artículo se discuten las conceptualizaciones desarrolladas en la normativa vigente en materia de protección legal de los bienes culturales en la Provincia del Chaco (Argentina), poniendo en debate las consecuencias teóricas y prácticas de su traducción en herramientas de gestión para diversas manifestaciones culturales y artísticas. Para ello se toma el caso de El Fogón de los Arrieros, donde quedan en evidencia espacios de antinomias, superposiciones y conflictos de jurisdicción en la propiedad y gestión privada de bienes declarados de interés público por el Estado.
