La salvaguardia del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial: Una aproximación a la reciente Ley 10/2015

Abstract

El concepto de Patrimonio cultural es un concepto en evolución constante y abarca no solo el objeto tangible material sino también los elementos intangibles o inmateriales representados en tradiciones o expresiones vivas heredadas de nuestros antepasados y transmitidas a nuestros descendientes. La Ley 10/2015, de 26 de mayo, para la salvaguarda del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial se acaba de aprobar en España para cumplir con las obligaciones impuestas por la Convención de la UNESCO para la Salvaguarda del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de 2003, pero su tramitación parlamentaria no ha estado exenta de controversia. El concepto de Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial, las características y las modalidades de manifestación de este patrimonio, las competencias atribuidas a la Administración General del Estado y la regulación del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial por las normas protectoras de Patrimonio Histórico de las Comunidades Autónomas son el objeto de este estudio desde una óptica crítica y propositiva.
