Estrategia de animación sociocultural del Museo Provincial de Pinar del Río: rescate, conservación y difusión del Patrimonio Cultural en el Consejo Popular Carlos Manuel

Abstract

La presente investigación surgió a partir de la carencia de estudios sobre los procesos de animación sociocultural para el rescate, conservación y difusión del patrimonio cultural en el Consejo Popular Carlos Manuel. De esta forma se determinó como objetivo: diseñar una Estrategia de animación sociocultural del Museo Provincial de Pinar del Río, con un enfoque participativo, que permita el rescate, conservación y difusión del patrimonio cultural en el Consejo Popular Carlos Manuel, como vía para potenciar el desarrollo social. Como punto de partida se realizó un diagnóstico en el cual se pudo constatar que: todavía resulta insuficiente la participación de los miembros de la comunidad en las actividades realizadas por la institución, debido a que estas no siempre responden a los intereses y necesidades de la comunidad, por lo que no se sienten identificados con las mismas y existe una escasa asistencia y participación. La Estrategia de animación sociocultural propuesta parte de un enfoque participativo donde la comunidad juega un papel fundamental. Se conformó a partir de dos líneas estratégicas: Línea Estratégica I de Capacitación donde se proponen actividades como: talleres, conversatorios, intercambios y eventos para la superación tanto de los especialistas del Museo provincial de Pinar del Río como para la promotora cultural del Consejo Popular Carlos Manuel, y la Línea Estratégica II de promoción, donde se proponen: concursos, actividades culturales, talleres, entre otras.
