Abstract

Ante la reciente publicación del Decreto 126/2012, de 3 de julio, sobre la producción artesanal alimentaria de Euskadi, el trabajo intenta determinar si aporta alguna innovación de interés en el ámbito de la normativa autonómica comparada, para analizar a continuación su previsible coexistencia con la normativa foral vigente en materia de artesanía.
