Aplicación del método del caso en el EEES: el ere de coca-cola

Abstract

El estudio de las asignaturas de Derecho mediante metodologías de innovación docente como el Método del caso, permite que la docencia ceda su espacio a la enseñanza del aprendizaje. El presente trabajo tiene como objeto exponer nuestra experiencia en la aplicación del método del caso como metodología básica en la enseñanza del Derecho de Trabajo. Para ello, proponemos un caso de estudio y describimos el diseño secuencial del Expediente de Regulación de Empleo que ejecutó Coca Cola Iberian Partners en 2014. Éste es uno de los bloques temáticos más importantes de la asignatura de Derecho Del Trabajo, que se imparte en los grados de Administración de Empresas, International Business y Marketing. La metodología del estudio del caso ofrece la oportunidad de desarrollar en nuestros alumnos habilidades y competencias que el Espacio Europeo de Educación superior exige.
