La sala de vistas en la Facultad de Derecho: un espacio “real” para la práctica de la oratoria

Abstract

Mediante el Proyecto “La Sala de Vistas en la Facultad de Derecho” los estudiantes han asumido el rol de abogados ante un caso, desde el inicio hasta el dictado de la Sentencia. La participación de un Juez y de Abogados asesores, la formación en oratoria, la visita a despachos profesionales y la recreación en la Sala de Vistas de la Facultad del proceso ha resultado el escenario idóneo para adquirir competencias, interrelacionar materias y concluir con que el aprendizaje del Derecho es mucho más efectivo si conseguimos motivar al estudiante y acercarlo a la realidad. Este trabajo aspira a contar la experiencia vista desde los ojos de quienes disfrutamos de trabajar en el aula. Ver el resultado y las capacidades adquiridas por los estudiantes es nuestra mayor satisfacción.
