La formación en investigación: cómo preparar un plan de investigación para realizar una tesis doctoral en ciencia jurídica

Abstract

Este trabajo analiza las partes de que debe constar un plan de investigación para la realización de una tesis doctoral en Ciencia Jurídica, cuya presentación se ha previsto en el RD 99/11 de 28 de enero por el que se regulan las enseñanzas oficiales de doctorado. La finalidad es ofrecer algunas pautas útiles para la realización de un plan de investigación, teniendo en cuenta las especificidades de la Ciencia del Derecho (lo que llevará a realizar algunas consideraciones desde la Epistemología jurídica), y la necesidad de adaptar la formación en investigación a las nuevas exigencias del Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior.
