La introducción del inglés en la explicación de las asignaturas del Grado en Derecho en España: especial referencia a la asignatura de Derecho Financiero y Tributario impartida en la Facultad de Derecho de Málaga

Abstract

Como consecuencia de la globalización económica en la que están inmersas todas las economías de los países desarrollados es importante que los estudiantes del Grado en Derecho dominen una lengua extranjera, principalmente el inglés. De esta manera, los estudiantes que obtengan el Grado en Derecho y dominen el inglés podrían buscar una salida laboral en el extranjero o incluso podrán ampliar sus estudios en universidades extranjeras y alcanzar puestos de trabajo de mayor cualificación. A pesar de que la Declaración de Bolonia no incide en el estudio de una lengua extrajera en los planes de estudios de las Universidades Europeas, es esencial que alguna asignatura del Grado en Derecho sea ofertada e impartida su docencia en inglés.
