Propiedad industrial para Ingeniería hidráulica. Asignatura optativa en la formación de profesionales en Villa Clara

Abstract

El presente texto es una derivación de la investigación que se realizó sobre derechos de propiedad industrial en el patrimonio intangible empresarial. Mediante métodos, técnicas de investigación y didácticos enfocados a crear habilidades de análisis, toma de decisiones técnicas y de dirección, se diseñó la asignatura optativa Propiedad Industrial para Ingeniería Hidráulica de la Facultad de Construcciones en la Universidad Central «Marta Abreu» de Las Villas. Se aplica y perfecciona para promover cultura jurídica en futuros egresados sobre esta institución, proveer la esencia, relevancia y comprensión de los derechos de propiedad intelectual en relaciones de intercambio, incentivar innovación y alto desempeño en el ejercicio profesional, dada su limitación en el país. Indica a educandos de cuarto año cómo manejar bases de datos públicas de información tecnológica mundial y nacional en el estudio de tecnologías y prácticas referidas al ramo para un proyecto integrador.
