Una propuesta de enseñanza jurídica crítica. aplicación en la asignatura «régimen jurídico de la actuación administrativa»

Abstract

En este trabajo se formula una propuesta de enseñanza jurídica crítica. Esta propuesta tiene entre sus objetivos poner de manifiesto la flexibilidad del derecho y que las valoraciones políticas forman parte del razonamiento jurídico. Además pretende incluir dentro de la enseñanza del derecho el análisis de los efectos de las normas en la sociedad, la valoración político-moral del derecho y la posibilidad de plantear alternativas a la regulación legal. En el trabajo también se detallan actividades concretas para poner en práctica tales aspectos.
