La fusión del trabajo cooperativo y el aprendizaje basado en problemas en las asignaturas de derecho civil: una propuesta comprometida para transitar por el derecho de la persona

Abstract

Estas páginas contienen una propuesta de innovación docente basada en el aprendizaje cooperativo, en el aprendizaje basado en problemas y en la evaluación continua del alumnado para las asignaturas de Derecho civil. En concreto, para la relativa al Derecho de la persona, que se imparte en el primer cuatrimestre del primer curso del Grado en Derecho. El proyecto es fruto de más de una década de investigación y experimentación en el ámbito docente. Los resultados que arroja la metodología docente propuesta son muy satisfactorios. Pero el esfuerzo que acarrea para docentes y estudiantes es notablemente superior a las asignaturas impartidas con métodos más 'tradicionales'. La propuesta ha sido supervisada y muy bien valorada por la Universidad del País Vasco.
