Ensayos En Las Disciplinas Jurídicas: La 'Estrategia Relacional' En La Asignatura Teoría De Las Relaciones Laborales

Abstract

El diseño del contenido de la asignatura 'Teoría de las Relaciones Laborales' desde el Dpto. de Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social ha tenido como finalidad hacer de ella un lugar de reflexión crítica respecto de las relaciones socio-laborales y de los conceptos de Justicia y Justicia Social que actualmente se manejan. Para ello hemos construido la Estrategia Relacional, una técnica de aprendizaje que, basada tanto en las redes sociales y virtuales, -entre las que es preciso distinguir-, como en el aprendizaje colaborativo, permita al alumno de disciplinas jurídicas comprehender la relación entre los procesos sociales relacionales y la dinámica de las relaciones laborales.
