Abstract

La obra defiende la concepción de la clase como la actividad y el momento más importante del proceso docente educativo. En el caso de la Carrera de Derecho, destaca como puede desarrollarse en varios escenarios y por la vía de varios tipos de clases. Bien sea en el aula a través de la conferencia, el seminario y la clase encuentro. También mediante la clase práctica y el taller, en el estrado o en la empresa como laboratorios naturales para el desarrollo de esos tipos de actividades docentes. En ese orden de ideas, el autor caracteriza a todos los tipos de clase e identifica el carácter indicativo de los objetivos que el profesor debe concebir según el programa analítico de la asignatura, su relación con el Plan de Estudio y el Modelo Pedagógico, documentos bases, para el desarrollo del trabajo docente metodológico, considerado como un procedimiento muy importante para el desarrollo del proceso docente educativo en la educación superior cubana.
