Abstract

Este compendio de casos prácticos dirigido por la profesora Gallardo Castillo completa otra obra anterior, coordinada por la misma autora, y que bajo el título Materiales ECTS de Derecho Administrativo (Casos prácticos con soluciones. Adaptado al EEES), también ofrecía una amplia variedad de supuestos para desarrollar la docencia del Derecho Administrativo. Siete capítulos componen esta obra, y cada uno comprende varios supuestos prácticos. Los casos comparten una misma estructura: en primer lugar aparece un cuadro en el que se enumeran los conceptos jurídicos que se van a estudiar y los preceptos analizados, a continuación se expone el enunciado del supuesto y las cuestiones a resolver, y por último las soluciones.
