La Adaptación A Bolonia De Los Estudios Jurídicos: Autocomplacencia Inglesa, Resistencia Alemana

Abstract

la adaptación al Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior (EEES) está cambiando la fisonomía de las Facultades de Derecho españolas y de otros países europeos. Sin embargo no sucede así en todos los casos, y particularmente en Inglaterra y Alemania. Las Facultades de Derecho inglesas, lo mismo que sus Universidades, consideran con razón que el EEES ha tomado su sistema de Bachelor y Master como modelo, y que, por tanto, ellas no requieren de ninguna transformación. Dicho convencimiento les está ahora paralizando la adaptación de otros puntos también importantes. Diferente es la situación de las Facultades de Derecho alemanas, cuyo sistema no es en absoluto conforme con el EEES. Sin embargo, hasta ahora han conseguido que los responsables políticos les permitan quedar al margen del Proceso de Bolonia. El año 2011 servirá para aventurar si dicha especialidad dentro de su sistema universitario se mantendrá, o si los estudios de Derecho alemanes habrán también de seguir la ruta hacía la adaptación al EEES.
