Innovación Docente Del Derecho Penal De La Empresa A Través De Técnicas Colaborativas Y Entornos Virtuales De Aprendizaje En El Eees

Abstract

La aparición del Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior ha posibilitado la inclusión de algunos cambios en los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje en la Universidad. Este trabajo pretende dar a conocer el desarrollo que se ha producido al incorporar las nuevas TIC al orden de las asignaturas de derecho penal en general y del Derecho penal de la Empresa en particular: la técnica del puzzle, mediante las herramientas de Moodle, aparecen como trabajo colaborativo a través de pequeños grupos en la enseñanza presencial, que se reforzará con la utilización del aula virtual y el apoyo a la docencia junto a las horas de estudio del alumno en que se concreta el ECTS.
