Una Propuesta De Proyecto De Innovación Educativa: Seminarios Y Tutorías; Dos Estrategias Didácticas Para La Nueva Enseñanza De Las Disciplinas Iushistóricas

Abstract

En las páginas que siguen se describe una propuesta de innovación educativa que consiste en ensayar dos estrategias didácticas de máxima importancia en el contexto del nuevo modelo educativo impulsado desde el EEES, los seminarios y las tutorías, en dos asignaturas ligadas entre sí por su carácter histórico: Historia del Derecho y Derecho Romano. La técnica del seminario será experimentada en la primera de esas disciplinas, mientras que en Derecho Romano se experimentará la tutoría grupal. Ambos métodos están dirigidos a familiarizar al alumno con una labor investigadora de inicio, mediante la elaboración de trabajos de investigación supervisados por el profesorado implicado en el proyecto.
