Renovación De Las Metodologías Docentes En Los Estudios De Grado En Derecho

Abstract

Los criterios de convergencia europeos en materia educativa suponen un reto para la universidad en su conjunto que va provocar cambios significativos en lo que se refiere a la implantación progresiva de nuevas metodologías docentes. En consecuencia, el profesor debe adaptarse a las novedosas tendencias docentes, y pasará a convertirse en un profesor-tutor al estilo anglosajón. Ahora, el profesor, sin olvidar los conocimientos que exige la asignatura que imparte, deberá renovar los sistemas tradicionales de enseñanza, y deberá plantear su materia determinando las competencias transversales y específicas que debe adquirir el alumno, para plasmarlas en su guía docente, eligiendo las herramientas necesarias para facilitarlas y elaborando los materiales docentes necesarios para ello.
