El “Wiki” Como Recurso Para Desarrollar Competencias En El Proceso De Enseñanza-Aprendizaje

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se analiza la utilidad de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC), y específicamente del “Wiki”, como herramienta para el modelo de enseñanza-aprendizaje derivado del Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior (EEES). Se realiza una aproximación al significado del EEES y al modelo de enseñanza que propone, en el que lo relevante no es tanto la asimilación de información sino la adquisición por el alumno de competencias que le hagan capaz de descubrir el conocimiento, aplicarlo y adoptar un estilo concreto de actuación. En este marco se analiza el significado y alcance de las competencias en la enseñanza universitaria del Derecho, y se aborda la “competencia digital” -en cuanto supone el desarrollo de la capacidad de buscar, obtener y tratar información, así como de utilizarla de manera crítica y sistemática- así como el uso de “Wiki” como instrumento metodológico de enseñanza-aprendizaje que favorece su desarrollo. Tales consideraciones se contextualizan en la experiencia de enseñanza por competencias a través de “Wiki” llevada a cabo durante el curso 2008/2009 en la asignatura de Derecho Administrativo I, del tercer curso de la licenciatura de Derecho en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Málaga.
