Abstract

El alcance y límites del derecho fundamental a la libertad de cátedra y su correlativo derecho también fundamental a la autonomía universitaria han sido establecidos por el legislador y modulados por la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Constitucional. Sin embargo, el Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior podría constituir una nueva modulación de la libertad de cátedra que necesita de las reflexiones que se aportan en este trabajo.
