La Evaluación De La Actividad Docente Del Profesorado Universitario: Algunas Iniciativas De Carácter General En Curso

Abstract

El interés por promover y garantizar la calidad de la actividad docente en las universidades se ha materializado en la creación de diferentes mecanismos basados en la evaluación. Entre los mecanismos de evaluación creados en los últimos años merece especial mención el programa DOCENTIA, cuyo desarrollo requiere de la participación de tres agentes: Universidades, Agencias Autonómicas de Evaluación y Agencia Nacional (ANECA). Al análisis jurídico de estos mecanismos nos referimos en el presente artículo, con especial referencia al “Marco Andaluz para la evaluación” y la relación entre estos procedimientos de evaluación de la actividad docente y el régimen de ascenso en la carrera universitaria previsto en el nuevo Estatuto del Personal Docente e Investigador.
