Abstract

El artículo versa sobre una acción formativa que trata sobre el adiestramiento en la realización de informes que reflejen el estado de la cuestión sobre un asunto determinado (a nivel legal, jurisprudencial y doctrinal). Los autores del estudio justifican que esta técnica reviste un particular interés por su idoneidad para la adquisición y desarrollo de competencias instrumentales, interpersonales y sistémicas, entre ellas la capacidad de análisis y síntesis, la capacidad de organizar y planificar, la adquisición de habilidades para la gestión de la información, habilidades para trabajar en equipo y habilidades de investigación.
