Abstract

La Dimensión Procesos Organizacionales hace referencia a las percepciones que los miembros de la organización tienen acerca de la forma como la comunicación, el liderazgo, la toma de decisiones y otros procesos influyen en el ambiente de trabajo y en los resultados finales de la gestión organizacional. La aplicación de los procesos organizacionales pone de manifiesto una institución competitiva y que responde a los desafíos y retos contemporáneos que las necesidades contextuales le ponen al frente. El radio de acción está inmerso en los componentes agrupados en el proceso, teniendo como base al recurso humano de las instituciones, que en último término ponen en funcionamiento el sistema que se adopta, en consecuencia, se cumplen los objetivos y metas planteadas.
