Aproximación A La Conceptualización De La Superación Profesional Docente: Un Enfoque Desde El Constructivismo

Abstract

En este artículo se refrendan el análisis de los componentes teórico-metodológicos sobre la conceptualización del proceso de superación profesional docente desde una visión constructivista, estableciendo un análisis histórico-lógico desde las manifestaciones observadas a nivel regional en América Latina y el Caribe y su contextualización al panorama salvadoreño en la Facultad de Ciencias Naturales y Matemáticas de la Universidad de El Salvador. El estudio forma parte de la investigación que realiza la autora principal como parte de su formación doctoral en el programa de doctorado en educación de la Facultad Multidisciplinaria de Occidente.
