Reflexiones Educativas Sobre La Imposición De Penas A Las Personas Jurídicas. Su Regulación En El Coip

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación tiene el objetivo de analizar la imposición de penas a las personas jurídicas. El análisis jurídico-penal que se realiza se enfoca en el estudio educativo de las formas de prevención que adoptan las personas jurídicas. Se lleva a cabo un análisis de los antecedentes de la responsabilidad penal de las personas jurídicas y una reflexión educativa sobre las penas y medidas de prevención en el entorno legal. Para ello se consultó fuentes dogmáticas, en donde se analizó bajo qué teorías se concibe a las personas jurídicas como responsables penalmente. La investigación es cualitativa, se realizó la consulta de fuentes bibliográficas para obtener información pertinente, donde se empleó los métodos de investigación análisis-síntesis, histórico-lógico e inductivo-deductivo. Como resultado, se realizó un análisis y reflexión sobre la temática de imposición de penas a las personas jurídicas, que permitió ampliar el panorama de este tipo de responsabilidad penal.
