Abstract

Esta es una investigación que tiene la intencionalidad de comprender las estrategias de gestión del conocimiento que utilizan los docentes del área de ciencias naturales para lograr aprendizajes en profundidad en los estudiantes de grado 10° de la I.E Municipal Montessori Pitalito, Huila. Se basó en una metodología bajo el paradigma cualitativo, además se aplicó el método etnográfico en la modalidad de observación participante a los docentes, bajo un enfoque cualitativo, se aplicó como instrumento un diario de campo o de observación diseñado por los autores de la investigación. Y de ello se concluye que los docentes de ciencias naturales aplican estrategias de gestión del conocimiento de forma empírica representada en el conocimiento didáctico del contenido que cada uno posee, inteligencia colectiva, indagación de saberes previos, aprendizaje activo, gestión de aula y ayudas didácticas, evaluación flexible y diferenciada. ¿Cuáles son las estrategias de gestión del conocimiento que utilizan los docentes de Ciencias Naturales y Educación Artística para lograr Aprendizajes en Profundidad en los alumnos de la I.E Municipal Montessori Pitalito, Huila grado 10?
