La Formación Profesional Integral Del Docente De Licenciatura En Construcción Desde Un Enfoque Técnico Pedagógico

Abstract

El proceso de formación del docente de construcción ha tenido la necesidad de replantearse nuevos caminos para dar respuesta a las exigencias de la sociedad. En consecuencia, se valoran las insuficiencias del proceso formativo de los docentes de construcción, que limitan la solución de problemas profesionales. El objetivo del trabajo es la elaboración de un enfoque técnico pedagógico para la organización del proceso de formación profesional integral. Se utilizó el análisis - síntesis como método científico y la revisión bibliográfica como técnica de investigación los cuales permitieron la interpretación de la información en torno al tema, además del método holístico – dialéctico en el diseño del enfoque. Como resultado, se devela la relación dialéctica entre los contenidos técnicos y pedagógicos, sintetizados en los contenidos de la actividad profesional pedagógica y la capacidad profesional técnico pedagógica, como pares dialécticos condicionados.
