Soplo Neonatal. Aspectos Sobre Su Incidencia En Sala De Neonatología Y El Seguimiento Por Cardiopediatria

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio descriptivo retrospectivo sobre soplo neonatal de la sala de Neonatología del Hospital Docente Materno Infantil “Dr Luís Mario Cruz Cruz” en el año 2018 y posterior seguimiento, con el objetivo general de determinar el comportamiento y seguimiento en consulta de los recién nacidos con soplo y los nacidos con soplo y cardiopatía congénita, sin diagnóstico prenatal. Y los objetivos específicos: determinar los recién nacidos vivos y recién nacidos con soplos, identificar la intensidad del soplo, determinar los recién nacidos con soplos y cardiopatías congénitas, evaluar la realización diagnóstico prenatal de cardiopatía, se recogieron los datos arrojados en el registro, para los efectos: características del soplo, diagnóstico prenatal de cardiopatía. Los Recién nacidos con soplos y cardiopatías congénitas se obtuvo por el seguimiento en la consulta de Cardiopediatrìa. Se concluye que 122 recién nacidos presentaron soplo neonatal, ninguno de ellos con diagnóstico prenatal de cardiopatía, en el mayor por ciento fueron grado I-II/VI y 16 de ellos presentaron algún defecto orgánico, prevaleciendo la CIA y ninguno tubo diagnóstico prenatal.
