La Gestión Escolar Y La Calidad Educativa En Las Instituciones Educativas De Nivel Básico Elemental De La Parroquia Cumbe, 2018

Abstract

El uso y análisis de las estrategias de gestión escolar en la educación es inevitable. La educación de nivel básico es un reto y un compromiso del estado en la formación de ciudadanos capaces de convivir en una sociedad democrática y participar del mercado laboral con las mismas condiciones que los egresados de instituciones privadas. El objetivo de la presente investigación es determinar la relación entre la gestión y la calidad educativas. El estudio se centra en los directivos de las instituciones educativas de nivel básico elemental de la parroquia Cumbe, 2018. Desde un enfoque cuantitativo, la investigación es descriptivo correlacional, la población de estudio estuvo conformada por 16 directivos. La principal conclusión a la que arriba el estudio es que existe una relación entre moderada y fuerte con significación estadística. Esta correlación es positiva, es decir a mayor respuesta de asertividad con respecto a la gestión educativa, la opinión sobre la calidad de la educación será más positiva. (p
