Clima organizacional y el desempeño docente en educación general básica

Abstract

El artículo plantea la relación que existe entre clima organizacional y el desempeño docente en la Educación General Básica en una institución caso de estudio de Guayaquil, Ecuador. Se basa en los resultados de una investigación de tipo descriptivo correlacional, en la cual se aplicaron dos encuestas a 45 docentes. La correlación entre las variables se estableció por medio del sistema de Spearman, con un resultado de Rho=0,848, mostrando una relación directa y positiva entre el desempeño docente y el clima organizacional, por lo que se recomienda el uso de técnicas para mejorar el clima organizacional y por ende el desempeño docente y en consecuencia conseguir una educación de mayor calidad.
