El clima organizacional y su relación con la calidad del servicio educativo en un caso de estudio

Abstract

El artículo busca divulgar los resultados de un estudio de campo acerca de la correlación entre el clima organizacional y la calidad del servicio educativo desde la perspectiva de los estudiantes, se asume como caso de estudio una educativa privada de Educación Básica en Ecuador. Para ello, se realizó una investigación descriptiva, correlacional, con una muestra de 30 estudiantes. Los resultados sometidos al análisis estadístico de la prueba de correlación de Spearman, concluyeron con un Rho igual a 0,463 que evidencia que hay correlación media positiva entre el clima organizacional y la calidad del servicio educativo. También, se evidenció que la gran mayoría de los estudiantes están satisfechos y de acuerdo con la calidad del servicio educativo. No obstante, se registraron deficiencias en la labor del personal administrativo.
