Formación de tecnólogos en administración de empresa frente a las singularidades y desafíos de la postmodernidad

Abstract

La postmodernidad, modernidad líquida, sociedad posindustrial, capitalismo tardío o era digital, son entre otras, algunas de las denominaciones que recibe la época histórico-cultural contemporánea, la cual ha afectado el ámbito empresarial, en el que ya no es suficiente administrar productos, es básico también cuidar la relación con el público, construyendo una imagen institucional idónea, ética y confiable. Frente a este contexto, es evidente que se requiere una adecuación de la Educación Superior que forma recursos humanos en esta dirección. De ahí el interés del artículo en reflexionar acerca de la formación de tecnólogos en administración de empresa frente a la singularidad y desafíos de la posmodernidad. Este texto es producto de una revisión documental que permitió concluir que la formación en Administración de Empresas debe ser de complementariedad, que permite la integración de información, teorías y experiencias en un proceso continuo de aprendizaje. Solo así los profesionales podrán diseñar e implementar las respuestas que sus entornos demanden desde las organizaciones donde se encuentren, haciendo énfasis en el carácter multidimensional e interdependiente de estas.
