La supervisión educativa y la formación profesional de docentes de educación básica

Abstract

El objetivo del artículo es divulgar los resultados de un estudio de caso donde se determinó la relación entre la supervisión educativa y la formación profesional de docentes de Educación Básica. Es producto de una investigación de alcance descriptivo correlacional, con un diseño no experimental, de corte transversal. La muestra fue de 60 docentes de una escuela ecuatoriana de Educación Básica, a los cuales se aplicó un cuestionario. El procesamiento de datos se realizó con el software SPSS (versión 23). Realizado el análisis descriptivo y la correlación de variables a través del coeficiente de Spearman, se logró un resultado de Rho=0.832, que permitió concluir que la supervisión educativa se relaciona con la formación profesional de los docentes estudiados. De ahí que se recomienda un proceso de supervisión permanente asumido como acompañamiento y diálogo.
