Abstract

El presente trabajo está enmarcado en la sensibilización, capacitación, emprendimiento desde la academia a la sociedad y como punto focal a las personas con discapacidad, que es la población objetivo de intervención de este programa donde se hace un enfoque desde la historia, el transcurso de los tiempos a la actualidad, con el objetivo de percibir que no se trata de un tema de actualidad, sino que siempre ha estado presente y de alguna manera ha movido a la sensibilización de un sector minoritario. Esto permitió que se desarrollen algunos principios básicos de estudio para luego lograr la inserción en el campo del emprendimiento-laboral-social, haciendo hincapié en la importancia de la intervención de la academia como punto de apoyo en el proceso de vinculación.
